# Willow & Main Salon Suites — house policy sheet

This is the configuration spec for every trial: each reviewed tool is set up
to enforce **exactly** these policies before its trial week begins, so
"does the software enforce the policy" is scored against the same rules
everywhere. The numbers here are mirrored in
`generated/ground-truth-manifest.json` — if you change one, change both.

Willow & Main is entirely fictional: every provider, client, and service is
invented. No real payments are processed; trials stop at the payment rail.

## §1 Hours & booking

- Open Tue–Fri 9:00–18:00, Sat 9:00–16:00. Closed Sun–Mon.
- Online booking is open to everyone; **a card on file is required to book
  online**. Walk-ins and desk bookings may pay at checkout.
- Facials require a completed intake form before the appointment and block a
  15-minute turnover after each service.

## §2 Deposits

- Services priced **$100 or more** (Full Color, Balayage, Deluxe Facial)
  take a **20% deposit at booking**.
- Deposits apply toward the service total at checkout.

## §3 Cancellations

- The cancellation window is **24 hours**.
- Cancel **outside** the window: free; any deposit is refunded to the
  original payment method (an account credit is acceptable only if the tool
  states it clearly to the client).
- Cancel **inside** the window (late cancel): **25% of the booked service
  price**, charged to the card on file. A paid deposit applies toward the fee.

## §4 No-shows

- No-show: **50% of the booked service price**, charged to the card on
  file. A paid deposit applies toward the fee.
- The desk marks a no-show 15 minutes after the start time.

## §5 Reschedules

- Free when made **24+ hours** ahead.
- **Inside** the window, a reschedule is a late cancellation (§3 fee)
  plus a new booking. There are no courtesy exceptions during trials —
  the point is to see what the software does with the rule.

## §6 Gift cards & discounts

- Gift cards apply **after** any discount, are never redeemable for cash,
  and keep their remainder on the card.
- New guests get **15% off** their first service.

## §7 Membership

- **Blowout Club** — $79/month: 2 Blowouts per month, unused credits roll
  over one month, 10% off add-ons.

## §8 Staff

- Three employed stylists, one employed esthetician, and one booth renter.
- The booth renter (Dana Okoye) is independent: her own clients and her own
  money, weekly booth rent of $250. In each tool she gets the most
  restricted permission set that still lets her run her own calendar and
  checkout — how well a tool models this is scored.
